Coach Lepley is the third head coach in the history of the Zeeland West Wrestling program. He served as the JV head coach from 2019-2026 seasons. Before stepping into the head coach role at Zeeland West, he served as the JV coach at Holland High for three years from 2016-2019, and was the varsity head coach of East Grand Rapids for three years from 2013-2016. 

Coach Stewart is the second head coach in the history of the Zeeland West Wrestling program. He led the Dux wrestling team during the 2019 to 2026 seasons. Before stepping into the head coach role, he served as the JV coach under Coach Heckel for one season, gaining valuable experience before taking charge of the program. Prior to the 2018-2019 season as the JV wrestling coach, he was the varsity assistant coach at Holland High School from 2011 to 2018.

Coach Heckel was the first head coach in Zeeland West's history. He was the head coach of Zeeland High School starting in 1997 until the split into Zeeland East and Zeeland West. Coach Heckel began coaching in 1994 at West Ottawa High School.
