Creekside Wrestling for Middle Schoolers
Creekside Wrestling for Middle Schoolers
Who: 6th-8th Boys & Girls
Season: 9 weeks (January - March)
Practice: Monday through Friday in the Creekside Gym
General Info:
Physical Form: A current physical is one dated after 4/15/24 for the 2024-2025 sports seasons. Each student must have a physical form signed and filled out by the doctor, student-athlete, and parent/guardian. MHSAA physical forms are available in the athletic office, or on our website www.zeelandwestathleitcs.com (under “Dux Info” —-> “Forms and Links”)
Final Forms: All students and parents must sign off on athlete contracts prior to participating in athletics for Zeeland Public Schools. There is also a nominal fee associated with Final Forms to offset the costs of the program. The cost is $7.00 per athlete. If you have any questions concerning Final Forms, contact the athletic office well in advance of the first day of practice. Final Forms can be accessed at http://zeeland-mi.finalforms.com/.
Equipment: You will need a pair of wrestling shoes, T-shirt, shorts, and mouthpiece if you have braces for your first practice.

Practice: Monday & Wednesday in the Zeeland East HS wrestling room from 7 pm to 8:15 pm
